Donation Refund Policy
Charitable donations to CUTE KIDS Foundation are generally final because the organization may commit funds promptly to its mission and programs.
Mistakes and unauthorized donations
We will review timely requests involving a duplicate donation, an incorrect amount entered by the donor, or a payment the account holder did not authorize. Contact us within 14 days of the transaction when possible. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider.
Events and sponsorships
Event registrations, tickets, and sponsorships may include separate written terms. Refunds may be reduced by benefits already received and nonrecoverable event costs.
Tax receipts
A refunded donation is not eligible for a charitable contribution acknowledgment. If a receipt was issued, keep the refund confirmation with your records and consult your tax adviser about your circumstances.
Request a review
Email admin@cutekidsfoundation.com with the donor name, transaction date, amount, payment reference, and reason. Do not email full card or banking details.
This policy does not limit remedies required by applicable law or payment-network rules.
